Dumbbell bench press
Hitting new PR #benchpress 110 lbs 3×5 today.
Since handling dumbbells requires more balance and stabilization throughout the movement, this video isn't the best example of doing it perfectly. But since video always help me to form check, thus practice makes perfect! 💪 #臥推 #堅持
